Rs 5 crore garland presented to a so called self proclaimed dalit icon that too in a state that stands second last in per capita income, tops in crime rate and third in criminality. Yes I am talking about Uttar Pradesh, the most populous state of India with highest number of Muslims and Dalits. Mayawati belongs to a Bahujan Samaj Party and four time chief minister currently in power with tagism 'sarv jan hitay'. The founder of this BSP started everything from scrap and significantly build the the most powerful political party in recent time. The aim of party was 'the upliftment of poor' and 'justice to everyone'. But it seems Mayawati has considered herself poorest of all so she started filling her kitty with whooping funds provided by planning commission for the various development plans.
A person who build his own statue is maniac, as u can see in the above picture she is carrying a hand bag, the other statue of icons either historical or our great leaders carried a sword, the statue of BR Ambedkar is carrying a portfolio in hands, a sword is a symbol of strength and power and file or portfolio can be seen as a person who is ready to serve the people anytime but a 'handbag', what for??
1000 crore of rupees is being spend on building stone parks and statue of dalit icons, a state which lacks in proper health, irrigation and power facility. Which can be said the the most basic needs of a common man but Madam Mayawati claims that with these parks and Statue she wants to pay homage to the dalit icons, ask a question from yourself, are these stone corridors really gonna uplift the poor?, no doubt dalits are the poorest of poor in this state, she could have planned to set up a power plant to feed this power hungry state, this state lacks foreign investment just because of poor power infrastructure, the combine population of UP and BIHAR provides more the 70% of labour class of the country. Cant be industry can be setup here? a big question, a state with an average 12 hrs of power cut daily, but these parks are being lightened 24X7*365 without any break. NO POWER=NO INDUSTRIES=NO JOBS. A simple written equation describing the present situation of state.
No doubt condition of poor is improving but the pace of improvement is snail like.
Wikileaks claimed that Madam Mayawati fetched her private jet plane to bring her favourite sandals from Mumbai, now this is madness, completely a job of person blinded by unlimited power and status.

No doubt Behan Mayawati has become Madam Mayawati and she already started dreaming to become the first untouchable Prime Minister of our country. Certainly if her dream come true where people cast their vote on the basis of casteism she will change the Indian tricolor flag to a single blue colored flag and may change the country's name to some 'MAHA MAYA DESH' and I wish that day will never come.
